We received your letter and your candidate questionnaire. However, it appears that all the questions pertain to state laws and state issues. None of them appear to be directed at any actual or proposed federal legislation. Since I am a candidate for U.S. Senate, it would be inappropriate for me to respond.

I do want to inform you, however, that my driver's license has had a motorcycle endorsement since the early 1980s. And when I owned a bike, I always wore a helmet while I was operating it.
